THE BEACHES

The apartments of the Elegance are located just 200 meters away. from the sea, easily reachable on foot and with strollers, and from the beautiful beach of the Dunes, in a very quiet area and completely surrounded by greenery.
In the surrounding area there are free and equipped beaches, the latter can be booked only upon arrival (shade always available), such as "Luna Beach" with which we have an agreement that allows you to have a discount of 10% on the amount of the shade.

SERVICES

There are no bars and/or restaurants inside the Residence.
Villas, cottages and apartments are newly built and newly furnished and suitable for couples and families equipped with every comfort.
Adjacent to the residence (50 meters) there is every service such as market, butcher, bakery, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, rotisseries, souvenir shops, parapharmacy, bike rental, dinghy rental all at hand without the use of the car.
Also at 100 mt. from the residence there is a small port for possible excursions (fishing tourism) and dinghy rental where you can visit the famous beaches of Teulada reachable only exclusively only by sea as well as the islands of Sant'Antioco, Carloforte, and the wonderful Pan di zucchero with its mysterious mines.
